Austchilli is the largest and most technologically advanced chilli producer in Australia and produces a range of chilli varieties for sale into the retail sector and for processing into puree. Varieties produced comprise:

•Habanero Chilli.
The company uses Integrated Crop Management farming practices for chilli production and holds HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), SQF 2000TM (Safe Quality Food) and IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movement) organic certification, and is AQIS (Australian Quarantine Inspection Service) accredited, for puree production.
