Gaeta Valley Organic Olives is a young plantation and produces olive oil for the organic market along with Lavendedr and other oils and also blends these oils with its olive oil.
The grove is on the side of Mt Bania of which the house is at an elavation of 1,000 feet above sea leveal and affords a lovely view over a beautiful valley looking south.
We have a centerfuge olive press and also press local olives for other olive groves.
This property affords itself to become a Farm Stay or Retreat or both and as it is in the middle of a State Forrest will never be built out, there is an abundance of wild life here and many area available to make as bush walking tracks |
